Stupidity

It used to be that stupidity was regulated through birth control, but it seems that even that has failed. It's just really disappointing to know that, now that birth control is available to the masses, its use has decreased when, in fact, it should be increasing exponentially. I mean, it's fucking free for crying out loud, and still, there are morons in the world. What're you gonna do?
